How we made a ride-hailing launch film people get on mute
Most people watch with the sound off. So the product had to explain itself in the first three seconds.

Bharat Yaatri lets the rider and driver agree on the fare together, with no commission and no surge. It is a simple idea that is easy to say and hard to show.
Start with the thumb
We built the whole film around one gesture: a thumb moving the fare slider. If that shot reads in three seconds with the sound off, everything else is a bonus.
Cut for the feed, not the cinema
Vertical first, big type, one idea per beat. Every line of text is readable on a phone held at arm’s length.
If the product can’t explain itself on mute, the film isn’t finished.
